TERMS

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms govern the use of Music Studio Pro, a service provided by Danilo Bruno Girasole, VAT no. 09023220966 (Italy) ("we"). By registering an account, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Music Studio Pro is a platform that generates music tracks using artificial intelligence from parameters provided by the user (genre, mood, lyrics, etc.), and offers additional tools to refine them: overdubbing real vocals/instruments (Overlay Recorder), targeted regeneration of a section of the track, stem separation, and export in various formats.

2. Account

To use the service you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. The service is intended for adults; if you are a minor, you may only use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Plans and usage limits

The Free plan includes a limited number of audio generations per month and a maximum number of savable projects. Paid plans (Base, Studio) offer a monthly token pool shared across generation and other premium features, plus higher project limits. We reserve the right to change plan limits, giving reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree not to:

  • generate illegal or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or that incites hatred or violence;
  • attempt to circumvent plan limits, security filters, or authentication;
  • use the service to overload or damage the technical infrastructure;
  • upload, via the Overlay Recorder, vocal or instrumental recordings of third parties without their consent (e.g. someone's voice recorded without their knowledge). You are solely responsible for the material you upload and for holding the necessary rights to it.

Some requests may be automatically rejected by the AI engine if they contain disallowed terms (a filter applied on the provider's side).

5. Content and rights to the generated output

You remain the owner of the content you upload yourself (lyrics, vocal/instrumental recordings). You only grant us the right to process and store it in order to provide you the service.

Important note on AI-generated audio: the generated music is produced by a third-party AI engine. Copyright law regarding content generated (wholly or in part) by artificial intelligence is an evolving area that varies from country to country: we do not guarantee that a generated track can be registered or is fully protectable as a copyrighted work. If you intend to commercially exploit a track (distribution, licensing, registration with SIAE or an equivalent body), you are responsible for independently verifying its legal status before publication. We also do not guarantee that the generated output is free of unintentional similarities to third-party works.

6. Service availability

The service depends on third-party providers (in particular the audio generation engine and infrastructure services): we cannot guarantee 100% continuous availability and are not responsible for interruptions caused by these providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, with prior notice except in cases of serious or urgent violation.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction where applicable, or otherwise the courts of the data controller's place of residence.
